Chairman - Bulus Pam Dareng
An experienced banker whose career began with First Bank, where he retired in 2003 as a General Manager. In the same year, he was appointed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) as Executive Director, Operations of The Bank of the North.
A Bachelor of Science degree holder in Economics from the University of Abuja, Dareng has attended many management and professional courses abroad and in the country some of which were at the London Manchester Business School, UK; International Development Institute, Dublin, Ireland and the London Management Centre. He is married with children and loves playing squash and golf among others.

Director - Olukayode Akintunde Falowo
A professional with vast knowledge of the financial sector, Olukayode Akintunde Falowo has extensive boardroom experience. He is currently the Chairman of Cayden Limited; Managing Director, Greenwich Trust Limited and director in both I-Skill Knowledge Management Limited and Hoakland Ventures Limited. He is an alumnus of the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) and University of Benin, Benin City where he received a B.sc in Agricultural Engineering in 1982 and an MBA in Finance in 1988 respectively. He also did a Chief Executive Programme in the Lagos Business School in 2006. Falowo is a member of many professional bodies in Nigeria and has also attended numerous seminars and courses in Nigeria and abroad.

Director - Awele Nwoboshi

Awele is a seasoned banker with more than 15-years working experience.

She started her career as Personnel Assistant, Human Resources Department with First City Merchant Bank (now First City Monument Bank). After her National Youth Service Corps in the bank, she moved to Arthur Ardesen (now Accenture) as an Experienced Senior, Banking and Finance Group. Her responsibilities covered audit, investigation and due diligence engagements in Citibank, Diamond bank, Wema Bank, Afribank, etc.
With this exposure, she was hired as a deputy manager, financial controller in FSB International Bank (now Fidelity Bank). She was in charge of management and financial reporting of the bank amongst other functions which includes, budget preparation and monitoring, financial accounting etc.
As a distinguished professional she joined Guardian Express Bank (now Spring Bank) as manager and chief financial officer of the bank. While in Guardian Express Bank, she headed several departments and groups. She was Sector Head, Services overseeing Human Capital, Operations, Facilities and Information Technology. With exceptional performance, she was moved as Group Head in charge of Credit and Risk Management of the Bank.
A versatile bank with numerate ability and a controlled minded she became an Assistant General Manager and Group Head/Executive Internal Control of Spring Bank.
Awele as she is often called was made a Deputy General Manager, and Group Executive, Financial Control of Spring Bank where she was saddled with management and financial reporting, financial accounting budget preparation and monitoring and liaison with regulators, external auditors and consultants.
A tested and proven personality, she was again moved to head risk management and control. Her function includes management oversight of Internal Control and Compliance.
She has a Bsc Mathematics and Statics (Second class upper) from the University of Lagos and was the best graduating student in the department and also an MBA, Lagos Business School. She is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
