Kunle Akinniran - Managing Director / CEO
Kunle Akinniran is currently the Managing Director/CEO of Fleet Technologies. He is a seasoned IT professional with over 18 years of IT experience. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Computer Sciences from the University Of Lagos, Nigeria and an M.B.A. with speciality in International Business Management.
Before joining Fleet Technologies, he was the Group Head, IT of Fountain Trust Bank (now a member of the Spring Bank Group) where he was responsible for major project implementations including the implementation of a new banking application. He was also a member of the committee that implemented the NECO and WAEC on-line result checker, pioneering the delivery of scratch card based on-line solution in Nigeria .
In 1989, he joined Infor Service Centre Ltd, an oil servicing ICT company where he had the opportunity of a stint with the Nigerian Agip Oil Company as a consultant. He later joined Abacus Merchant Bank Ltd in 1991 where he rose to the level of Head, Information Technology.
Kunle Akinniran has attended many management courses, seminars and workshops, both locally and internationally. He is a member of the Nigerian Computer Society (NCS).
MR. MIKE AIGBE - Deputy Managing Director
Mike Aigbe was appointed Deputy Managing Director of Fleet Technologies Limited in September 2006. He comes on board with a wealth of experience in IT and Banking.
He started his career with Fidelity Union Merchant Bank (now Fidelity Bank Plc) where he served as Information Technology officer responsible for the administration of the banking application (Globus) and efficient running of the bank's telecommunication system.
He has had stints with the then Standard Trust Bank (now UBA) and Societé Generale Bank under different capacities in Information Technology.
Before his appointment to Fleet Technologies, Mike worked with Guardian Express Bank (now a member of the Spring Bank Group) as the Head of Information Technology and Electronic Business group. He was actively involved in the post implementation of the Banking application. His responsibilities encompasses, driving of the ICT system of the bank, database administration and providing adequate support to the bank's electronic banking initiatives.
Mike's other interest include the delivery of innovative solutions to the public sector, higher institutions and private sector. He has vast experience in the deployment and management of modern technology tools that spans through various platforms, software, hardware and telecommunication.
Mike holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science, MSc in Computer science and MBA with specialty in Management.

Chief (Dr.) John Agboola Odeyemi, MFR

Chief (Dr.) John Agboola Odeyemi is the Obasewa of Ife and Fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He is the Managing Director and Chief Executive of JKN Limited and Chairman, JAO Investment Company Limited.
He serves on the Board of a number of other companies and he is the immediate past Chairman of Ecobank Nigeria Plc; Chairman Obafemi Awolowo University Investment Company Limited and UNO Foods Limited. He is also a Director of OASIS Insurance Company Limited, Multimalt Limited, Emzor Pharmaceutical Company Limited and Sowsco Well Services Limited.

He was the Past President of Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Past President of NACCIMA and was Chairman Nigerian Accounting Standards Board 1990 - 1995 and past President, Ife Development Board 1995 – 2004.
He was a member of the National Political Reform Conference February – July 2005; Member of the National Privatization Council (Bureau of Public Enterprise) October 2004 – October 2006; Member of the Committee on The Assessment and Monitoring of the Millennium Development Goals – June 2005 – October 2006 and currently Member of the Governing Board of UNESCO Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation Centre in KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria – FCA. He qualified with the Chartered Institute of Cost and Management Accountants (CIMA) U.K. 1996 and Chartered Association of Certified Accountant (ACCA) UK 1967.

Chief Odeyemi was Audit Senior at Cooper & Lybrand, Birmingham 1967-69 before joining JKN LTD in 1969 as an Accountant/Admin manager. He is the current Chief Executive Officer of the company.
He was honoured by the Federal Government of Nigeria as MEMBER OF THE ORDER OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC (MFR) 2005; by Osun State Government with the STATE DISTINGUISHED MERIT AWARD FOR PHILANTHROPY AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT in 2007 and by the ILE-IFE Community with DISTINGUISHED MERIT AWARD in 2008.
He was given a Merit Award by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 2005; Awarded Doctor of Science in Business Administration (Honoris Causa) by Obafemi Awolowo University Ife in December, 2007. He was also given a special award by the Federation of Construction Industry for his contributions to the infrastructural development in Nigeria in June 2009 and appointed as a member of the Board of Trustees of Oduduwa University, Ipetumodu, Osun State in September 2009.

Mr. Sabir Lanre Odunlami

Sabir is a chattered accountant with vast experience in Accounting, Internal Controls, Financial Reporting/Analysis and performance management.
He was a pioneer member of the Financial Control Department of Standard Trust Bank Limited (now UBA Plc).He was also involved in the set up of the Financial Control Department in the restructured New Nigeria Bank Plc.
Sabir was, at various times, Senior Financial Officer; Head; Financial Control; and Group Head, strategy and Brand Development in Guardian Express Bank Plc. He was also Head, Financial Reporting in Spring Bank Plc and Head, Performance Management in Bank PHB Plc.
He has attended a number of technical and management courses including and Executives Management Programme at the Wits Business School, Johannesburg, South Africa and a Balanced Scorecard Certification Master Class in Boston, massachussets, USA.
Sabir is conversant with a good number of Banking/Accounting Packages. He has vast knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point, and Access.
Honesty, perseverance and consistency are his great assets. He loves playing and discussing football in his spare time.
Sabir is presently the Chief Financial Officer of Spring Bank Plc.

Mrs. Olufunke Olakunri

Olufunke is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria having obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Lagos State University (LASU) and consequently, attended the Nigerian Law School. In the early stage of her life, she obtained HND in Accounting from The Polytechnic Owo, which enabled her to start her career with Owena Bank (Nig) Plc (now part of Spring Bank Plc) from where she held several posts and later rose to the post of Deputy Manager in April 1990. She later joined the service of the Federal Government (Federal Inland Revenue, Victoria Island, Lagos) as the Principal Tax Assistant (Petroleum & Pioneer Department) in September 1992.

In May 2000, she joined the services of City Express Bank Plc, as the Group Head, Financial Institutions. In May 2001, she became the Group Head, Treasury Marketing of the bank. She was also made to oversee several Departments of the Bank such as Corporate Affairs, New Business Development, Corporate Services Department and Human Resources. In January 2004, she was appointed Company Secretary/ Legal Adviser. A position she held until May 2006.

In May 2006, as a Lawyer of high esteem and distinction, she went back to active practice in the Law Firm of Amaran & Associates (Solicitors & Advocates) where she was a partner until she was appointed as General Manager (Company Secretary/Legal Adviser) With Great Nigeria Insurance Plc in May 2007.

Mrs. Olakunri is currently the Group Company Secretary/ Legal Adviser of Spring Bank Group and has responsibility for the subsidiary companies of Spring Bank PLC.

She has attended several courses both in Nigeria and abroad. She also belongs to so many Professional Associations such as Nigeria Bar Association, Institute of Directors, Nigeria as well as Ikoyi Club.
