This is a suite of application developed by Fleet for collection of revenue by both state and federal government. The core component of the solution is the payment platform. It connects all the collection centers (banks and other accredited locations) to a central system using multiple redundant highly available links.
The Platform consists of
- The Collection Center Application: which is deployed to the different centers for handling payment processing
- Management Applications: deployed to the different government offices responsible for control, management, and monitoring of the different IGR activities
- The Collection Central System: which monitors all transactions from the different centers and handles all the operation controls and system updates
- The IGR Analysis Engine: which analyzes data from the Collection Central to provide different kinds of reports, analyses, and projections
- The Security Module: which manages all security implementations on the platform
- The Storage Warehouse: Managing all data storage and disaster recovery
- Network Operating Center: physical location for all central hardware. Central connectivity hub
